We accept returns up to 14 days upon receipt of shipment unless indicated as final sale. All sale merchandise as noted is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. Flash sale items are non-refundable and are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
We recommend wearing the shoes indoors for at least a few minutes before committing to keeping them to make sure the fit and sizing is right for your feet. We ask that items are returned un-worn and un-damaged. We do not accept any merchandise back that has been visibly worn outdoors. HOPP reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
As we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, we offer free shipping on one return or exchange per order unless the item is listed as final sale. If a second exchange is desired, buyer must pay for shipping fees and an outbound shipping charge will apply. Please note, your original shipping charge is not refunded.

All items for returns or exchanges must be shipped and with the courier within 10 business days from the date of return authorization by our customer service. Any items shipped for return beyond this time period will not be accepted and authorization for return is invalidated.
For any purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly honor a price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of shipment. This does not apply to items purchased with a limited-time discount code.
Our shoes feature leather or fabric uppers. Many of our shoes also feature soles that are custom-molded, made of either rubber or polyurethane. Both materials are flexible and PU soles are also lightweight and has a density that is resistant yet not quite as hard as wood or plastic. PU soles also don't wear down!
Our shoes also contain thick padding in the footbed as well as soft lining and arch support.
For nubuck or suede:
To remove dust, take either a dry towel or a shoe brush and lightly brush off the dust. To clean or remove a specific mark or area, use a rubber eraser to gently remove dirt or smudges, then brush the area lightly with a shoe brush. There are also sprays you can purchase to protect nubuck or suede against rain as well as stains. We recommendthis spray.
For scuff marks or smudges, use a moist wipe to remove them. If needed, we recommend thisleather cleaner. Use as directed.
