Shipping

All orders will be shipped within a few days. Shipping charges apply; however, we offer free shipping on returns and for one exchange per order, on orders within the U.S.  For international orders, all shipping is at buyer's expense. 

After shipping an order, we cannot be not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Where we sell

We are an e-commerce driven brand slowly expanding to retailers throughout the U.S. in order to have our shoes more accessible to customers. Our shoes can currently be found at Opening Ceremony. We also have special events or pop-ups where we can provide a more hands-on shopping experience. Sign up for our mailing list to stay informed!

 

Sales

Because we produce our shoes in small batches, our shoes do not frequently go on sale. However, we do have special flash sales as well as send out discount codes to our mailing list. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive these!

  

Shoe Care

For nubuck or suede:

To remove dust, take either a dry towel or a shoe brush and lightly brush off the dust. To clean or remove a specific mark or area, use a rubber eraser to gently remove dirt or smudges, then brush the area lightly with a shoe brush. There are also sprays you can purchase to protect nubuck or suede against rain as well as stains.

For leather:

For scuff marks or smudges, use a moist wipe to remove them. If needed, we recommend this leather cleaner. Use as directed.
