All orders are shipped within 72 hours. Shipping charges apply. 

We strongly recommend choosing the shipping option with "Signature Required" as once the item is with the carrier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. 

We offer free shipping on one return or exchange per order on full priced items, on orders within the U.S. See our return policy.

If an order's shipment is undeliverable after failed attempts by the carrier and sent back to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) returned, less a second shipping charge plus a $5 restocking fee.

For orders outside of the U.S., the shipping fee plus duty and taxes are at buyer's expense and will show up for prepayment upon checkout. We recommend choosing DHL or UPS Worldwide for reliable and fast international shipping. We do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges for orders outside of the U.S.
